At SCALPERS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization code.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition, then include the printed return slip inside.
Ship the Items
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point or scheduled pick-up location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
